In January 2018, I was named a "Young Gun of Comedy" by The Comedy Nest, selected to perform on their annual showcase of the best up-and-coming comedians in Montreal. I've performed in OFF-JFL, Zoofest, Festival Laval en Rires/Festival Laval Laughs, Montreal Sketchfest, the Montreal Fringe Festival, Montreal Comiccon, and the Hudson BrouHaHa Comedy Festival. I'm currently co-writing and acting in a web-series that mixes comedy with social commentary. I'm the only comedian in the world without a podcast, but I'm sure I'll have one some day, so please subscribe to my non-existent podcast. My LinkedIn profile is the least funny thing I have ever written.

Social Psychologist, PhdMcgill University Sep 2013 - PresentPeople are weird and strange and fascinating, so I've spent the past decade analyzing human behavior, trying to figure us all out. As a social psychologist, I study human thoughts, attitudes, behavior, and communication using a variety of different research methodologies (e.g., correlational, quantitative, qualitative, and naturalistic). McGill's PhD program is research-based and data driven, giving me invaluable statistical training and experience conducting advanced statistical analyses (e.g., multilevel modeling, regression, cross-sectional and longitudinal analyses) on complex datasets (using PROCESS, SPSS, SAS, and Excel). Throughout my graduate career, I've formulated research questions, designed, programmed, and conducted laboratory and online survey-based studies and questionnaires (using Inquisit, SurveyMonkey, FluidSurveys, Qualtrics, Crowdflower, Amazon's Mechanical Turk, for example), recruited and ran participants, analyzed data, written, published, and presented my results, and supervised undergraduate students. -
