Responsible for all insurance claims in the company: from the initial call to all following updates with the client - answering client's questions, asking for documents, guiding them through our processes and reporting to upper management.

Responsible for recreation management for senior aged aged guests. Depending on the demand, would also do the same with kids.

Responsible for receiving emergency calls, picking up all necessary information from caller, dispatching it to the appropriate units and adding the records to the database. I also advised callers on proper course of action, provided emotional support/guidance until responders arrived.
