Assisting with getting Volunteers to assist at our events - mainly admin work.

Primary role, assisting competitors in setting up their registrations and changing their registrations. Abiding by the refund & transfer policy and setting up/researching policies to better suit the company and for the benefit of the competitors. Creating competitor information and liaise with Event Managers about the information required before the event. A bit of a jack of all trades, trying to assist where ever I am needed for research or preparing for the event in any way. Not afraid of asking questions.

Creating and blending loose leaf tea, chocolate and chai products. Packing, labeling and shipping products to cafes around Australia as well as direct to customers either locally or via postage. Managing warehouse duties, cleaning and maintaining the warehouse and stock levels.
