Administrative and customer service support for the Product Services Department which includes the Warranty, Lifesharp, and Special Laser Mark departments. Substantial experience with processes and systems used in department including CRM and Syspro. Provided extensive product knowledge to numerous departments and exceled in identification of counterfeit product. Occasionally traveled to trade shows as needed.

Designed and edited images to be marked on knife blades for personal and promotional use. Main point of contact for all direct customers and dealers requesting Special Laser marks, offered quotes via phone and email as needed and entered orders as received. Used Adobe Illustrator and various RMI laser machines in office and factory settings as well as represented company at various trade shows and travel opportunities.

Received all packages of knives sent in for service, identifed/cataloged knife models and required services. Entered customer info/service data into Access database. Was main point of contact for all warranty, Lifesharp and part request related calls and emails, both internally and externally. Completed service requests at end of repair, prepped knives for shipment and afterward, entered all tracking numbers into Access database. Filled, labeled and mailed part requests as needed.

First point of contact for all telephone and drop-in customers. Experience using a multi-line telephone system, fax, US postage meter, Microsoft Office and Syspro to facilitate customer service, sales and accounts receivable processing including walk-in and telephone customer queries, warranty service requests, daily bank deposits and invoicing.
