I am an accomplished leader with a proven track record in delivering complex strategic change across healthcare systems, organisations, and services, all aimed at achieving best value.In my current role at NHS Arden & GEM, I design, develop, and implement strategies for innovative specialist support services for our partners in Integrated Care Systems and NHS England. My work encompasses health and care market needs analysis, strategy and organisational development, future operating model design, innovation of services and products from value propositions through to taking to market, and comprehensive business and culture change initiatives. These efforts are all directed towards improving population health outcomes, enhancing quality of care, and ensuring the sustainable and efficient use of health and care resources.I am driven by a passion for value-based healthcare (VBHC) approaches and have recently achieved an MSc in VBHC Advanced Management from Swansea University and attended Harvard Business School’s VBHC Intensive Learning Week in 2023.I believe in fostering energy and positivity in my professional environment, recognising that open, engaging, and honest relationships with and amongst stakeholders are key to successful change.
