I’m a psychologist working in both research and clinical practice. I got a PhD in clinical psychology and a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology. Currently, I´m the Clinical Director of Balanc3 and I´m an Associate Psychology Professor at several universities. I was awarded by an Extraordinary PhD Award, a PhD Fellowship grant, and I have been awarded with the 2018-PhD award from Complutense University of Madrid. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral and Third-Generation Therapies and have extensive experience in transdiagnostic therapy, emotional regulation, well-being, and health promotion. Part of my training was strengthened by a two-year stay at the Center for Anxiety & Related Disorders (CARD) at Boston University, in Professor David Barlow's team. Over the past few years, I have worked with vulnerable populations and individuals facing social exclusion.
