Leads, manages and coordinates strategic support and administration for the First Nations Portfolio at The Australian National University.

Since October 2018 I have been the Executive Officer to the Provost, the University's chief academic officer. I undertake a range of activities to support the University to achieve the objectives outlined in the strategic plan. In this role I:• Develop, implement, measure and report on the performance of strategic initiatives• Provide high-level support to the University’s primary management committees• Manage and lead new and ongoing strategic projects and various initiatives aimed at ensuring ANU meets is strategic goals • Continually review University policies, administrative procedures, and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and maximise office and resource efficiency• Plan and deliver communication on behalf of the Provost to the University community and its leadership group

As the Project Manager, SAGE I oversaw the identification, collection and analysis of data to support The Australian National University's successful application for an Athena Swan bronze institution award.

As the Manager, Evaluations I developed and oversaw the evaluations framework at The Australian National University. The framework covered summative course and teaching evaluations, standard national surveys including the QILT suite of surveys as well as internal quality assurance and benchmarking surveys of students and staff. The role of my team would range from reviewing and approving methodology and instruments; to designing, developing, administering and reporting from bespoke internal surveys to address strategic and operational business questions.
