• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales growth for two regions nationwide. The Inside Representative is presented with a “monthly sales goal” at the beginning of each fiscal month that both they and the Territory Representatives are expected to achieve. • The Inside Representative is responsible for completing a minimum of 250 sales pitch calls a week. The pitch varies depending on the promotions of the company and vendors. While making these calls, the Inside Representative is to create a relationship with accounts by providing the value of The Benco Difference.• The Inside Representative is required to work on a team per region in order to hit monthly sales goals, and as a member of the Inside Sales department to hit other sales quotas given by upper management. Being able to work in a team-like environment is crucial for this specific position. • In addition, the Inside Representative is to have a weekly conversation with their eight Territory Representatives, in order to discuss selling strategies and ideas. • Responsible for speaking with Regional Managers once a month to inquire about any additional information or special projects. • Required to have strong organizational skills daily while swiftly and efficiently navigating through three different desktop systems, including excel, on each phone call.
