I am lucky to work on issues I care a lot about! -- issues at the nexus of corporate social impact, sustainability, global supply chains, and the well-being of workers and communities. I have tackled these complex problems as a researcher, advisor, and consultant across a wide range of contexts, including from within the trade union movement, as a strategic analyst in government, and as a researcher cooperating with some of the world's largest multi-national companies. Along the way, I've had the chance to work with diverse partners -- from low-wage workers, to indigenous women, to Fortune 500 companies, to government agencies. And I've done so as far and wide as supply chains themselves stretch -- from Indonesia to Bangladesh, New York City to London, Morocco to India. My current focus is on pushing the boundaries of how we assess corporate social impact using tools like social life cycle assessment and social return on investment.
