E-Commerce Account Manager
- Responsible for managing and driving sales in large to small volume Ecommerce accounts and develop new sales opportunities to expand account base that are compatible with The Gerson Company Drop Ship program or.
- Oversee and grow Gerson’s online presence by developing plans based on each account’s unique business model.
- Build and maintain the account’s online catalog through their portals or platforms. Update product on a seasonal basis or as needed.
- Manage and address daily requests and build a relationship with the accounts buyers, vendor support etc.
- Research and identify new marketplaces and websites that are compatible with Gerson’s array of products; recommending ways to improve our brand position.
- Knowledge of Apprise, Brandwise, Salsify and Excel.
