Through the Saltee Academy for Complex Creators, I offer content-rich workshops, retreats, and courses that help people from all walks of life take ownership of their multi-dimensional creativity and adopt the ethos of creativity in their life, work, art, and activism.After starting my creativity coaching career by working primarily with artists and writers, I became fascinated by the broad array of relational creativities that haven't historically been recognized - from teaching and parenting to cultivating community, leading, activating social change, and more. My original Creative Constellations Framework identifies five zones of creative power and twenty-five distinct creativities. This schema of multiple creativities allows us to step away from the false binary that tells us we are either creative or uncreative. As we discover the unique array of creativities we most naturally express, we can stop our grasping efforts to "get more creative" and focus on exploring what we are uniquely designed to contribute to the world. Since 2009, I have been the Director of Leadership and Learning Programs at Riane Eisler’s Center for Partnership Systems, focusing on the design and facilitation of online courses and events for partnership leaders around the world. I am a passionate advocate for ending traditions of domination and making the partnership shift both structurally, in our institutions, and also in our inner lives—our consciousness, mindsets, habits, and practices.As an assemblage artist, I make enchanting, poetic little worlds in shrines and shadow boxes.
