· Coordinate, monitor & control of supplier’s materials/equipment & subcontractors installation quality.· Review Shop drawings, Material and MOS submitted by subcontractors.· Prepare work schedules & attend client meeting and internal meeting.· Assist manager on the day-to-day activities under the master planning schedule.· Control proper coordination with Sub- contractor to prevent rework.· Control site material/equipment to reduce wastage.· To communicate closely with suppliers / subcontractors to reduce delivery delay affecting progress.· Check for non-conformance product or installation to avoid defects.· Follow up closely on-site progress & communicate clearly to subcontractors & supplier.· Arrange and facilitate FM and Consultant Inspection.· Supervises during the construction stage from start to the completion and handover of the project.· Settles issues on systems after handover during the defects and liabilities period.

· To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.· To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.· To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.· Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings.· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.· Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.· Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.· Review Shop drawings, Material and MOS submitted by subcontractors.· To Conduct pre- inspection with sub-contractors prior to consultant/FM check.· Arrange and facilitate FM and Consultant Inspection.

· Responsible for the supervision of various Electrical Jobs such as Installation of Switchgears, Distribution Boards, Junction Box, Switches, light fittings, Cable tray, Trunkings and Lightning Protection system.· Ensure all the electrical equipment installations accordance with the SS638:2018.· Cable Pulling (Underground and Aboveground) and Termination of HT and LV Cables.· Coordination with Sub contractors on project related duties.· To plan the work schedule, work out material needed to place order.· Ensure project-engineering work is completed accurately and on schedule.· Provide regular update of engineering status, drawings.· To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.· Regular checking of material, equipment and tools to ensure no stoppages.· Always advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.· Testing and Commissioning· Continuity test,· Insulation resistance test,· Polarity Test,· Phase Sequence,· Earth electrode resistance,· Earth fault loop impedance,· Functions of all protective devices and· Functions of all items of equipment· Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) submission on drawing or specification discrepancy, method statement of works, proposal work sequence due to site constraint and site coordination issue lead to quality issues.· Preparation of Document for Client Final Inspection of related Electrical works.· To assist Project Manager in daily routine works.

· Supervise the Installation of Fibre Optics and Cat 6 Cables.· Knowledge of major Fibre Optic cable routes island wide.· Cable Pulling (Underground and Aboveground) and Termination of FO and Copper Cables.· Understanding the proper use Splicing Machine, ODTR, Light Meter and Light Source.· Supervise all operations to ensure that all splicing operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications.· Coordination with Occupier and Clients on the project related duties.· Provide regular updates to the management and down staffs.· Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation.· Complete daily production reports, mark-up maps and keep track of work hours.

· Assist Project Manager / Site Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.· Be in-charged of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on- time delivery of organization's project and solutions.· Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site.· Ensure that all Safety compliance and processes are adhered to by all workers.· Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and vendors.· Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.· Supervise Overall ACMV Installation works such as· Fresh Air and Supply Air Duct,· Air Handling Unit,· Chiller,· Chilled Water Pumps,· Chilled Water Pipes· Cooling Tower,· Fan Coil Unit and· Condensate Pipe.· Testing and Commissioning· Air Balancing,· Chilled water pipe flowrate measurement,· Condensate Drain System Flood and Flow Test,· Chilled Water pipe Pressure testing.· Communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis.· Other ad hoc duties when assigned by the Project Manager.
