Responsible for domestic and international contracting within the Logistics Carrier Management team. I work closely with logistics legal counsel to support contracting opportunities. I provide time-sensitive, solutions-oriented, strategic contracting support within the Logistics department including, but not limited too, drafting, editing, and reviewing logistics and transportation agreements in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment. I have 7+ years of experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), specifically the last 2+ years with JDA/Blue Yonder primarily focused on rate management.

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the MWRTA CDL Program including but not limited to marketing, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal related to the Program. Manages CDL Instructors schedule on an ongoing basis. Facilitates the MWRTA CDL Program and all of its functions to ensure that all goals and objectives for the program are accomplished. Responsibilities:• Coordinate CDL Instructors schedules and all CDL classes • Responsible for the outreach and recruitment activities to solicit new students and employers• Responsible for program material.• Responsible for all CDL Program reporting and distribution of information. Prepares or assists in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation.• Coordinate all marketing and advertising efforts for the CDL Program. • Perform intake interviews for potential program candidates. • Work with students to make sure all necessary paperwork is completed properly for licensure obtainment• Assist students in finding jobs following Program completion• Provide wellness checks for students• Design, monitor and report all surveys relating to the program for growth and advancement of the program• Create and foster relationships with Career Centers, social service agencies, local colleges and universities, veteran organizations, and other local businesses and organizations to continue to promote the program by organizing and establishing meetings on regular basis.

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the MWRTA’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for both fixed route and paratransit services in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Works cohesively with Brand Management and Outreach Coordinator with outreach. Responsible for all Advertising related to the MWRTA including but not limited to preparing promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and contracts. Works as a liaison between the RTA and the local colleges and universities.Responsibilities: • Directly responsible for all marketing and advertising for the MWRTA• Develops all promotional materials• Coordinate the graphic design efforts of all marketing material • Manage and maintain all social media efforts• Works directly with the Brand Management and Outreach Coordinator• Coordinates the PR effort, including internal and external communications.• Coordinates the appearance of all MWRTA print and electronic materials such asletterhead, use of logo, brochures, schedules, service announcements etc.• Develops, coordinates and oversee the resource materials for the Transitions Travel Training Program• Stays informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and publicrelations, not-for-profit management and governance, and the specific business of theOrganization and use this information to help the MWRTA operate with initiativeand innovation• Works as a liaison between local colleges and universities and the MWRTA• Formulates and administer policies to ensure the integrity of the MWRTA• Assists with posting and managing all service announcements, schedules, policies, and program information on the MWRTA website• Interacts with Customer Service staff, Safety Manger and General Manager to ensure all MWRTA materials are up-to-date.
