I spent 10 years in external audit with KPMG, managing and leading audit engagements, and coaching and developing team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance. During my time with KPMG, I spent 19 months at KPMG San Francisco Office where I've worked on audits of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants in compliance with SOX requirements. I'm currently in the Group Financial Reporting team at Sea and we're in-charge of the consolidation of group and regional subsidiaries under US GAAP. We also participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual group reports and financial statements complying with US GAAP and US SEC requirements and support external parties and internal stakeholders.
