Accurately manage member database, entering contributions, contact changes and noting member communication. Answer member calls cordially, professionally and warmly. Assist with pledge drives when required, welcoming and training volunteers while tracking pledges.

Provide administrative support to Executive Director and Director of Development and counseling staff while prioritizing duties. Answer and reply to phone calls promptly and courteously. Offer pleasant and helpful first contact when greeting and assisting clients and others. Assist with event planning and fundraising. Prepare board meeting packets and take minutes at board meetings. Manage donor database including keeping receipts and acknowledgement letters current. Assist with screening of administrative staff.

Design and implement corollary programming and events encouraging community involvement consistent with organization mission. Organize large special events, including Pangea-Cultivate our Cultures. Create, organize, manage and implement new events. Research and manage exhibit selection. Write grants. Assist in ad design and membership maintenance.
