Hey! I am from Hyderabad. I am a Customer Support Analyst with 5.5 years of experience where I help the clients/customers to resolve the product related issues real-time. I'm passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems, and I'm always looking for new challenges. In my previous organization (Accenture), my job role was to help the customers troubleshoot network and device related issues using Knowledge book and sometimes by thinking out of the box. Alongside, I have also supported teams from Phillipines and India as SME. I also took additional responsibilities where I used to audit the cases handled by my fellow team members and provide them the feedback and also act as SPOC for various mandatory activities/assignments which I enjoyed a lot. I have won many awards for my hard work. It's been 5.5 months since I have joined my current organization (GHX). My current job role is to assist the clients with EDI-X12 doc related issues. I work on Salesforce (CRM tool) and Jira tool (to raise tickets). Within no time, I have got the opportunity to train newbies from the US. It feels surreal taking one step at a time and fulfilling the job requirements to the best of my abilities! Looking forward to many more opportunities 🙌
