Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by maintaining professional partnership with export customers and understanding their needs and ensure satisfaction:Follow up on customer orders through order processes until post-delivery feedback which includes reviewing shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, certification of origin and bill of lading, etc.) and ensure receipt of payments on their due dates.Plan efficient shipping schedules to achieve shorter lead times and timely deliveries to the customers with following the legal requirements of each country.Continuous networking and prospecting to increase business volume by planning and implementing effective export sales strategies:Attend international trade shows and exhibitions as well as organizing and conducting business meetings with overseas clients on a regular basis.Take initiative to develop constructive and effective solutions and avoid recurrence of issues to optimize export services and improve the overall sales performance.Prepare price lists and proposal to prospects alongside to negotiating deal terms.Managing administrative tasks and timely management of multiple lines of communication with departments within the company:Preparing and sending samples, working on tender requirements, developing contracts and export documentations.Preparation of presentations, products catalogues, flyers and newsletters.Share new products specification and applications to R&D team as well as new market directions and trends.
