As a leader, I have a deep passion for growth and success in myself and others. Finding new ways to teach and instill values and morals has been amazing over the past seven years. My faith is what is most important to me and has helped me deepen my love for serving others. After managing teams of 12+, I have discovered that positive feedback, clear communication, and respect are significant concepts that form a team's success. Because of this, I was able to create a constructive yet enjoyable work environment while maintaining high levels of standards and increasing productivity. When I finally get free time, my passions include being apart of a weekly fellowship, creatively designing home decor/ clothing, and spending time with my sweet husband, Jonathan and our two dogs Theo and Snoopy.I love meeting new people to make a positive and kind impact. As a leader, I promise to set an example by honesty, humility, and hard work, striving to achieve the goals at hand with continued growth.
