Qualified Education Provider for the Association of Change Management Professionals for my course Mastering Change Management which supports leaders in developing the knowledge and skills to lead change independently on large programs. The program provides 25 hours of instruction and can be delivered in one week or over the course of several weeks based on client business needs. Participants have the option of applying concepts in a Capstone presentation to embed learnings. Course delivery is live remote via Zoom or live in person. Attendance is compulsory to sit for the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Exam. Self Study will be available long-term as ACMP is allowing learners to take this format and sit for the exam.
