Coordinator of an NIH funded study investigating the relationship between genetic variation and individual differences in the perceived flavor (taste, smell, irritation) of pediatric medicines, in collaboration with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. • Recruit, screen, schedule, and test participants (adults 18-55 and children 3-10). • Collect qualitative and quantitative data (demographics, anthropometric measures, sensory evaluation, and drug outcomes).

Designed protocols for developing studies in Human Sensory Research. • Collected data (motion capture, EMG, EEG, force plate, IMU). • Interpreted data, developed reports, presented and published results. • Taught 3-4 sections of Biomechanics Laboratory per semester (30 students per class, 480 total) Assisted Professors during Biomechanics and Motor Development lectures (approx. 200 students per class, 600 total) • Introduced electronic attendance quizzes which increased student engagement and minimized class disruption. • Graded assignments in a timely manner with thoughtful feedback. • Administered exams and quizzes. • Supported student learning through tutoring and activities. • Developed engaging lesson content.

Used GitHub to work with instructors to improve the content. • Designed automated tests in Python to provide personalized feedback for students. • Reviewed the text and code of in-development courses to ensure quality. • Reported on discoveries in a data-driven way to develop best practices and inform future content development.
