Handling Preschool administrative duties defined by the Preschool Director including Registration Scheduling Teachers under supervision and instruction of the Preschool Director Receive preschool visitors including Parents and directing them to the relevant person Respond and handle enquiries of parents and suppliers made to the school via telephone/emails Arrange and schedule appointments between parents & school staff (Teachers/Psychologist/Director) Keep preschool personnel informed about school events, changes in work procedures & schedules Reporting Day-to-Day activities and operational issues to the Preschool Director Organize, archive and maintain hard copies of preschool documentation and records such as invoices,purchase orders, reports and correspondences Scan, organize and store school files and records on computer. Record transactions on preschoolbalance sheet Prepare, edit, print and issue purchase orders, invoices, payment receipts, teacher’s schedules andcorrespondences of the preschool Type-in/Scan academic reports and correspondences (Letters/ Invitations) Receive, record, organize and forward incoming letters and Emails Manage preschool stationary supplies & office supplies. Raise purchase orders to replenish inventory Schedule, arrange & make the necessary reservations for after-school activities, events & school trips Coordination with preschool contractors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance purposes
