My goals in life and in my career is to make an impact on those around me. When I wrote my entrance essay to WWU, I wrote about helping others. My adult life has been centered around helping others. Early in my professional career, I chose to use my skills helping children and families. For the past 8 years I've worked in a more corporate environment, helping customers. My passion is helping and enhancing the customer experience by educating the customer on his/her options while maintaining their loyalty to the product or services the company provides.
