Main activities and achievements• Managing the entire accreditation project and related budget: strategic planning, implementation, delivery and closing• Leading a core team of 4 people and 60 volunteers• Overlooked the set-up, running and dismantling of the Accreditation Centre (1000 sm), with over 10,000 accreditations delivered
