    The Parent-Child Home Program (PCHP) is an evidence-based early childhood home visitation program which provides low-income families with the necessary skills and tools to ensure children achieve success in school and in life. • Hire, train and supervise a diverse staff of Early Learning Specialists providing twice-weekly literacy sessions to children who reside in Middlesex County and who are deemed at-risk of educational disadvantage• Recruit, interview and select families to participate in the program• Prepare and maintain records, reports and assessment data on children who participate in the program• Serve as liaison with the PCHP National Center, and comply with national program model standards to ensure biennial re-certification• Collect and preserve data utilizing the PCHP's web-based Management Information System• Order, monitor and distribute inventory of curricular materials• Monitor and evaluate Early Learning Specialists through home visit records, audio/video tapings, weekly staff meetings, personal conferences and in-person observation of home visits• Assist participating families, at their request, to access school and community resources
