Human Resources Business Partner
Current-Serve as the Supply Chain Operations point of contact for day-to-day HR processes, issues, and questions.-Collaborate with the Sr. HR Manager to implement new policies, procedures and processes within the Supply Chain Operations sector.Recruit and retain top talent for the hourly plant demographic; create a strategic plan for recruiting -Collaborates with managers and employees in identifying and addressing performance related issues. --Provides coaching and support to managers on corrective action issues-Manages the employee exit process in order to analyze key employee turnover trends and work with senior management to develop retention strategies to impact the business.- Maintains the integrity of Vitamix HR policies by providing employees with guidance and interpretation of policies, practices, and procedures- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
