Sara Stackhouse, Founder at BroadBand, is a producer and specialist in organizational development and strategy. Clients have included Beyond Classical Theatre, Movement Arts Creation Studio, The Steve Fund, Children's Hope India, Boston Baroque Orchestra, Mass Cultural Council, Silkroad, ArtsBoston, Swanee Hunt Alternatives, ArtWorks South Africa, and Guy Mendilow Ensemble. With Cristin Canterbury Bagnall, Sara co-produced two BroadBand streaming series during the pandemic, "All Together Now" and "Latitudes", bringing artists and audiences together from across the world to share artistic experiences.

Board member of Massachusetts' state-wide advocacy organization, working to increase public investment in artistic, cultural and creative communities, contributing to a thriving Massachusetts. Co-Vice Chair 2014-2016; Chair 2016-2019, Immediate Past Chair 2020-2021.

Oversaw faculty, staff, planning, operations, artistic projects, curriculum and student relations for the Theater Division's Musical Theater BFA, Musical Theater MFA, and Contemporary Theater BFA programs. Supervised 74 faculty members in a department of 300+ students. Worked with chairs and deans to support cross-disciplinary work for the institution. Managed transition within department as Boston Conservatory merged with Berklee College of Music. Was a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Task Force, Live Experience Design Task Force, Agenda Setting Committee for Academic Leadership Council, and Women Chairs Forum. Presented to academic committee of Board of Trustees 2017 & 2018, and lead “Merge/Emerge”, an inter-disciplinary artistic intensive featuring Tina Packer, Danilo Perez, and Berklee Global Jazz in March 2018.

Presented to and facilitated groups of youth arts leaders and funders in cities throughout the US, sharing the Hunt Alternatives ArtWorks for Kids model for coalition building, collective fundraising, and collective arts advocacy. Part of team to design ARTWorksForKids.net, an online resource guide for youth arts leaders. I developed structure, frames, core topics, workshop templates, activities, best practices, and narratives.

Served as CEO and Executive Producer of mid-sized non-profit theater company. Executive produced 48 professional productions, helped develop and implement award winning youth development programs, school and teacher programs, and community outreach projects in Eastern Massachusetts. Oversaw strategic planning, board development, organizational development, fundraising, marketing, staff and operations.
