Throughout my career, one of my greatest strengths has been developing systems while also asking: how can we do better? I am not afraid to take initiative and try new things while empowering my colleagues to do the same. I strongly believe that fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability in the workplace sparks growth, innovation, and joy. With nearly a decade of project and relationship management experience, I am energized by building efficient systems, solving complex problems, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is also why I love event management, where these skills are constantly at play.I have created small- and large-scale events for a variety of audiences in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings. Some examples of events I have led include educational webinars, fundraising galas, multi-day conferences, employee engagement experiences, and community-based festivals. Through these experiences, I have also learned to use a variety of tools including but not limited to Cvent, Asana, Microsoft Teams, Aventri, Classy, Zoom, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Squarespace, Raiser's Edge, and Membersuite.
