Led a team of eight in researching and designing a new way for State Farm to market the company as “the employer of choice,” presented the recommendations to a panel of Executives, resulting in the recommendations being sent to Corporate Strategies Resources for further research and development. Internship was extended to help with transition of the secretary leaving for a promotion and a new person coming in, which saved the company time and money to find a temp.
