Surveying is a science, an art, my vocation and my avocation. Over the past 37 years, I have experienced a wide variety of projects, big and small, from remote to urban locations. Surveying demands every aspect of experience from historical title research to operating new technological equipment, from the rigors of precise mathematics to the stylized form of 3D Civil drafting. While the field work can be physically challenging, the determination of the location of boundaries and its ramifications can be potentially litigious. Careful execution from field to finished project have insured my clients with quality surveys.As Survey Manager, I am the SURVEYOR OF RECORD for all surveys performed by the firm in Washington and Idaho. As such, I am responsible for providing the direction as to scope of service, pricing, contracting, project planning, title re-search, corner evaluation, boundary line determination, survey techniques, and project presentation in the form of maps, legal descriptions or reports. In addition to the responsibilities above, as BRANCH MANAGER, I have also contributed to regional client development; responsible for resource scheduling, proper submittal of all in-house reports and analysis, employee hiring and training, and other daily business functions. As PRINCIPAL and ASSOCIATE in the corporation, I have also been responsible for client development and corporate marketing including the preparation of statements of qualifications, development of job cost report systems, employee hiring and training; and other daily business functions.
