I have served in a management role in the healthcare industry for ten years. In these various roles, I have worked with specialties ranging from urology, obstetrics and gynecology, urogynecology, otolaryngology, orthopedics, podiatry, dentistry, as well as medical aesthetics. Groups I have worked with range from solo provider practices to large multi-specialty groups. My experience includes physician recruitment, hospital contract negotiation, real estate contract negotiation, quality measure reporting (MIPS/Meaningful Use), Electronic Medical Record software implementation and migration, IT functions and oversight, staff supervision up to 20 individuals including mentoring and performance evaluation, revenue cycle management oversight, and clinic efficiencies evaluation. My passion is serving others, and I strive to learn new skills as it relates to healthcare and business operations. I have experience in many different fields from Project Management and construction to business management. I worked for a company known as J&J and that's where I gained knowledge of how the operation of an office is run. During my time at J+J, I worked with a team of people to provide great customer and employee service while still maintaining our daily goals and projects. The organization also gave me insight on how to efficiently plan schedules and complete tasks. My goal is to find a career where I can use my experience and skills to assist others within their job
