She was awarded an MBE in 2020.Sara has extensive experience of dealing with senior individuals across various sporting, commercial, legal and political environments. She leads teams with enthusiasm, providing direction and guidance whilst encouraging development and accountability.Away from the desk Sara leads an active life enjoying pursuits such as sailing and skiing holidays with her family, running around after two busy boys and enjoying long walks in the countryside with the dogs.
