•Performed business analyst duties by acting as a liaison between the Shell Trading business and the application developers for small, medium, and large size projects under the Natural Gas and Power portfolio.•Managed the full project life-cycle of various projects. Gathered requirements to scope out new demand, created charters and proposed to project committees, and managed peers to assure strict deadlines and budgets were adhered to.•Strong documentation skills including: process flow diagrams, training docs, error logs, deployment plans, functional and technical spec docs, Ad-Hoc resolutions, transition to support docs, test scripts/cases, screen mock-ups, communication plans, agree to deploy / agree to operate docs, hypercare plans, physical support models, etc.•Transition to support lead for the infrastructure move project of Shell Trading’s Houston location to a new building. This included managing risk and adhering to strict required compliances.•Business analysis on the Risk and Commercial team for the Single Gas Platform project. This was a very large-scale project migrating the physical natural gas trading system from Nucleus to Openlink (Endur). •Project Lead for a Risk Management project involving capturing a more accurate PnL depiction of Mark-to-Market (MTM) financial positions for Power Swaps deal type by adding a layer of granularity from a monthly balance to a daily balance.•Business Analysis on the Easylink Email to Fax project to migrate the existing Rightfax app, for auto-faxing confirmations in Nucleus, to Easylink. This included a complete change in functionality moving from server software to a web portal app.•Managed incidents, situations, and change management for Nucleus application including creating support documents.
