I have been associated with various organizations like Akshara, Mens Against violence and abuse (MAVA), and United Way of Mumbai as a volunteer and worked with Adolescent girls and Women on promoting safety in public places, accessing public places like the street library and so on.After Completing MSW from the College of Social work Nirmala Niketan, I started working In Arpan Ngo as a Trainer and later on as a counsellor, where I took care of the Healing process of Children who are dealing with Child Sexual Abuse Issues coming from various Socioeconomic Backgrounds. I have worked with Ennoble Social innovations as a Fundraising Manager and was committed to the transformation of Rural Education. Then I Pursued PG Diploma in Development Leadership at the Indian School of Development Management ( ISDM). Currently, I work with Welspun Foundation for Health and Knowledge in Amravati District, with 5500+ direct & 10000+ indirect participants on Adolescent girls & boys and Women's health and also to create a sustainable livelihood opportunities for women. Through my work, I have impacted thousands of families in Urban and Rural setups, and my long-term goal is to impact 1 crore families till 2029.
