Over the past 10+ years, I’ve had a transformative career as an executive leader who has created a high-performing Pricing Analytics and Contract Operations team at KARL STORZ United States, a medical device company with over 9,000 employees worldwide. I started my career in Medical Devices as a consultant hired to develop a comprehensive sales database and new pricing frameworks and my early successes aligning the pricing of KARL STORZ’s top products resulted in millions of dollars in first-year bottom line pricing impact. As a result, I was hired as a full-time Senior Manager of Pricing Strategy & Production to create the Pricing Office and was promoted shortly after to Director.I had the opportunity to develop create and build a high-performing team, starting with two employees and growing to thirty team members by 2023.
