I was the Tour Director Manager for EF's 3 products: Go Ahead Tours, Educational Tours and Ultimate Break. I managed a team of 50-70 Tour Directors with more than 20 itineraries accross the country. I collaborated with the Operations team on a daily basis to ensure the quality of the tours. - I was in charge of recruiting and conducted over 50 virtual interviews during recruiting events- I onboarded the new hires and I dealt with all things HR: negociation of contracts, Tour Director evaluations, salaries, etc. - I created a 2 day online training to teach the new hires the bases of tour directing. I made sure the TDs were all trained before going on tour- I managed the schedules of all the Tour Directors- I was in charge of all the communications: email, phone calls, Zoom calls, website, etc.- I made sure they TDs felt supported during their tour season
