Inpatient manager for a 29 bed telemetry unit overseeing care of patients with complex medical problems and high acuity.

Coordination of care for trauma patients focusing on quality improvement. Responsible for maintaining compliance with the American College of Surgeons, Committee on Trauma standards for Optimal Care of the Trauma Patient. Coordinated three successful trauma verifications and Atrium Medical Center was recognized for a "model" and "robust" trauma program.

Established the first Safe Communities grant in Warren County to promote prevention of impaired driving and decrease the amount of automobile crashes and fatalities. The Ohio Department of Public Safety funds this grant and collaboratively with Atrium Medical Center works with the citizens of Warren County.

Training in the main campus of CCHMC's emergency department, successfully assisted in the transition and development of staff to a freestanding pediatric Emergency room in Liberty Township.

Fixed wing and ground MICU transport. Cared and transported critically ill pediatric and neonatal patients all over the country. Additionally served as a Patient Care Facilitator to coordinate efficient and safe transport of patients.

New graduate intern for the PICU. Direct patient care to diverse patient population including liver & small bowel transplant, kidney transplant, bone marrow transplant, airway procedures, and trauma.
