Over the past few years I have worked in the promotional products industry as a graphic designer, a digital pre-press tech and been part of printing as well as embroidery production, quoting, and client account manager for over 90 clients. I have worked closely with overseas production staff developing quick rapport and trouble shooting skills against language barriers. I’m adept at quickly grasping concepts, fostering communication in a group setting as a team player and/or leader, brainstorm ideas quickly and understand the process of customer service. I have a strong ability to work well in different environments and have a great work ethic. I also have an incredible ability to understand customer’s needs. During this time I have also done freelance marketing for small businesses, which has given me a great deal of insight into communications and workflow in a variety of environments. During times of education I have also worked part time as well as full time as a Barista in a variety of coffee shops. I recently graduated from Kaplan College as a Medical Assistant with High Academic Honors and a 4.0 GPA throughout the entire program.
