I am responsible for posting loads on the DAT board and booking those loads with the best carrier and best rate. Once the load has been agreed upon I would then send the RMIS set up link to the carrier for them to complete. Upon completion I would then send the Rate Confirmation to the carrier, adding driver information to the load and then dispatching the truck. Once the truck was dispatched I was responsible for tracking and tracing the load from pickup to the delivery. I would often take on the role of a CSR and make pickup and delivery appointments for our loads. I interacted with the customers when necessary if an issue arose with a driver and/or truck. TMW was what used for a load board at Pride Group Logistics. I can build a load, assign appointments, add accessorial charges, find a load via Trip Tracer using different keywords, and various other functions within TMW. I'm able to use Microsoft office with ease as well as Microsoft Teams. We used Macro point for tracking our drivers/loads.
