I am an experienced project and program leader who is passionate about empowering professionals and teams to achieve their goals, and driving positive behavior change. Across my career, I have seen first-hand how education and improvement efforts can transform the way people work, and the results they drive in an organization - across geographies and industries that span from Adult Education, Healthcare to Technology, and beyond. As a practitioner of business process engineering, quality management, and continuous improvement I am adept at applications of Six Sigma, ISO standards and auditing procedures, and CEB (now Gartner) business best practices.
