The receptionist handles all incoming calls through the switchboard and is responsible for the distribution of mail, incoming faxes, messages, orders, and change orders. The receptionist is also responsible for greeting and signing in visitors, data entry. Food Quality Systems and any other miscellaneous projects assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up packing area with necessary tables, torches etc. Set up gaylord. Making labels and boxes. Inspect and count product as it is packed according to requirements for product family. Re-label cartons with proper count and return to warehouse. Label can be obtained from Q.A. Lab. Do any rework or sorting of product that is non-conforming. Assist in break relief. Grind scrap. Clean and organize work area. Clean grinder. Food Quality Systems Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or during downtime or setup.
