Main Duties:• Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities• Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers• Create a Business plan for the company reflecting company strategy and goals. • Act as a single point of contact for client and undertake a negotiating role when preparing costed proposals.• Responsible for the end-to-end completion of high quality proposals, quotations, bids and tender responses, which are both technically and commercially compliant with the client’s specifications.

-Forecasting the Cost, Size and Duration of Future Projects by collecting and analyzing data of all the factors after reviewing the preliminary drawings and specifications of the project such as Materials, Labor, Location, Duration of the Project and special Machinery Requirements -Sub-contractors / Sub-suppliers correspondences and sourcing (Vendors Communications).-Detailed Cost estimation-Preparation of detailed Technical offer Including scope of supply and work, equipment specifications and exclusions, and method statements.-Preparation of detailed Commercial offer including price breakdown and optional prices, payment terms and conditions, delivery and execution schedule, polices and certificates-Post Contract correspondence with the internal team members.-Prepare handover report for the awarded project.-Assist the Project and Procurement team during the execution of the project.-Develop company’s database related to all key information and sub-suppliers offer.-Market study and searching for a new inquiries.

- Assist in Performing Time and Cost Control for Projects. - Presenting Reports and Schedules AND Assist in Performing Meetings.- Check Quality, Completion of Design, Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Co-ordination between Various Disciplines.- Assist in Developing Project Budgets, Administers Bidding Process, Preparing Tender and Contract Documents including Bill of Quantities. - Assist in Performing Risk and Value Management and Cost Control.
