•Leads end to end recruiting for the firm, inclusive of: o Analysts o Associates o Lateral hires Vice President, Director and Managing Director o Functional and Operational Staff•Responsible for recruitment strategy on-campus •Management of search firms •Proactively identifying lateral hiring needs •Building and managing candidate pipelines•Evaluating sourcing and selection tools and strategies •Training and effectiveness of interviewers•Overall quality of incoming talent•Responsible for innovation and continued improvement in recruiting approach•Responsible for management of recruiting team including hiring, evaluation and assessment, workload management and day to day needs•Key partner to staffers and bankers in areas such as staffing strategy, class management, check-ins with junior bankers, etc.

• Responsible for Associate hiring across six U.S. offices• Create and execute MBA campus strategy for eight core schools• Lead internal MBA campus recruiting teams to establish strategy and staff events and interviews• Coordinate all logistics and handle communication for all MBA events and interviews• Lead annual training sessions for all interviewers• Track and analyze hiring metrics, make recommendations on hiring and diversity strategy, and provide critical support in drafting quarterly Executive Committee presentations • Lead internal Recruiting Committee made up of 15 professionals of all levels to make hiring decisions• Member of Professional Development Committee; responsible for annual assessment of training program and making recommendations for addressing the learning and development needs of all employees• Plan and manage 10-week Summer Associate program, including a mentorship program, project staffing, firm events and performance reviews• Act informally in an Employee Relations capacity with all Analysts and Associates; heard complaints and concerns and elevated appropriately• Serve as final editor of Analyst and Associate annual performance reviews to ensure accurate and constructive feedback• Build relationships with students on-campus and throughout the recruiting process• Conduct on-campus behavioral interviews • Establish and manage key Career Center and Administration relationships on core campuses• Annually evaluate interview tools and handle all major revisions and improvements to interview questions and case studies• Own new hire on-boarding and facilitate signing bonus payment processes for Summer and Full-time Associates• Act as a “culture ambassador” to promote firm values and improve the health of the organization• Organized and led activities such as The Monument Ave. 10-k team, family event days and team building events for Analysts and Associates
