I support content operations with ad-hoc project management for an online news and health and wellbeing information website. I accelerate cross-functional projects to increase efficiency, remove duplication, and increase client satisfaction. In partnership with the Treasure Valley YMCA Healthy Living Center and Boise State University’s Center for the Study of Aging, I served as a co-principal investigator in a pilot study evaluating a community-based exercise program for patients with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers. In this capacity, I identify and manage study procedures, including the identification of study tools and outcome measures, participant recruitment, data analysis and interpretation, and the dissemination of study findings into a peer-review journal article for later publication upon completion of study. I successfully received IRB approval for pilot study after initial submission. I was solely responsible for all data management and analysis, including data entry and statistical analysis using SPSS.

I assessed patient care coordination needs based on an intake process. I utilize knowledge of concussion/brain injuries during intake process such that I could assist with the medical coordination of patients who have sustained acute, subacute, and chronic concussive injuries. I managed baseline ImPACT testing, including scheduling, the administration of test, test interpretation, and communication with families. I maintained 95% accuracy in medical documentation during intake process.I ensured accurate and timely management of patient care while also working with concussion clinic provider offices.I developed a strong ability to problem solve and handle complex patients during intake process.I have a strong ability to interaction with patients and families with a variety of developmental and sociocultural backgrounds.

I was the program coordinator for Children’s Neuropsychology and Genetics/Metabolic clinics, in which I provided administrative support to clinical and physician staff, including a medical assistant and six providers.
