My role as the Director of Education for Clinique Canada allowed me to hone my facilitation skills and create Interactive workshops that focus on development strategies to increase client or employee engagement that result in increased productivity, sales, and retention. A significant aspect of my role was to develop leaders to improve their skills, allowing them to influence their teams to increase productivity and exceed sales results. This led to Clinique becoming one of the leading cosmetic brands in the Canadian retail landscape.I am a strategic thinker who identifies opportunities and partners with clients to discover their potential and establish creative solutions that encourage personal and group excellence.
