•Practice Management: Establish the needs of perspective and existing dentists and develop/implement business strategies, office management plans, policies and procedures to fit their individual needs. Conduct on-site assessments of dental practices and develop comprehensive reports that detail issues and solutions. Manage client relations through regularly scheduled meetings to present, review and discuss progression and incorporate new aspects of practice management in the areas of scheduling, case presentation, customer service, and financials. •Marketing: create, present and manage an overall marketing plan including up to thirty projects directed at expanding business base, internal dental procedures and corporate image. Manage the work order submission, and review andthe results with in-house marketing team and client. Establish results tracking system and monitor professional and financial results based upon Key Performance Indicators. Advise practice on future dental decisions. Direct the implementation of marketing plan with office’s Professional Relations Coordinator and conduct monthly reviews with business owner. •Instructor: Responsible for delivery of up to thirty-six different two day management training sessions dealing with full range of office management and personal development materials. Deliver classroom sessions to multiple office teams through organized classroom materials, interactive work sessions and one-on-one office break out focus groups. Topics include in part: teambuilding activities, schedule templating, mission statement and practice vision, case presentation, effective communication, inventory management, financial controls and business management. Work with dotors, hygienists and assistants on improving procedure efficiency.•Sales: Manage client relationship from a value added prospective presenting each segment with an emphasis on financial implications to business by communicating the value and scope of programs
