Career to date, I've worked for three of Cincinnati's largest (and oldest) companies: GE, Macy's, and Milacron. With experiences spanning Accounting, Internal Audit, FP&A, Operational Finance, and Operations I've leveraged my sharp analytical background and MBA to optimize business processes and problems.Thinking outside the box:Some of my most impactful work experiences extend past my documented role and include participating in an elite Accounting/Finance leadership rotational program, co-leading the Macy's Young Professional business resource group, and serving as an engaged committee member for United Way, Artswave, and Corporate Social Responsibility committees. In addition to my current capacity planning role at Milacron, I am the Manufacturing Operations Site Lead for our company's Business Transformation. Partnering with McKinsey, I've worked to implement and administer initiatives and milestones throughout the Operations division of Milacron.I am passionate about the Cincinnati community and have volunteered as an usher at the Cincinnati Arts Association (Music Hall/Aronoff Center) since January 2012, 13 seasons and 850 hours later! For a full version of my resume, please contact me directly!
