An Interim position which delivered the care to the facility’s assisted living residents. The position ensured their medical, emotional, physical, psychological and safety-based needs were met through the program. I ensured compliance with all state regulatory requirements including mandatory reporting to the State of Illinois and facilitated a deficiency-free state survey with the IDPH (10/2011).
