Develop strategies and policies around global employment and work with legal counsel and outside PEO to resolve these issues in a manner that supports operational needs while minimizing institutional risk.- Administer Employee Problem Solving and Review Process, an appeal process for corrective actions and terminations.- Represent HR on various university committees and make recommendations to committees on behalf of HR.- Manage the renewal and review process of contracted services and work to build partnerships with community resources.
