Its a beautiful day to recruit people that save lives! In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, LinkedIn has organized a Recruiting for Good team to deploy our recruiters to healthcare and nonprofit organizations facing urgent hiring needs. Through this initiative, I will be partnering up with Diversicare Healthcare for the duration of this pandemic to recruit talent looking to make a front-line impact in the fight against COVID-19.

During my tenure at Coupa I worked cross functionally with various teams to asses hiring needs in an effort to improve recruiting processes. These projects included:- Managed the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to on-boarding new employees- Developed, streamlined, and automated operational policies for the role of all people coordinators globally to ensure we have a uniform structure for scheduling - Was in charge of training and partnering with people coordinators globally to lead continuous improvement initiatives that contributed to a positive candidate experience- Partnered with global staffing agencies in LATAM, APAC, and EMEA to recruit top talent for company expansion- Led the planning and coordination for recruiting initiatives that included university events and engineering conferences(i.e. Career fairs, Ruby Conference 2018)- Was in charge of opening, editing, and maintaining all job requisitions; worked closely with leadership teams and hiring managers to ensure information pertaining to every job posting was error-free prior to posting publicly- Performed various critical recruiting activities that included: working with hiring managers to create/edit job descriptions, resume screenings, and reference verifications- Partnered with TA stakeholders to architect and drive the delivery of recruiting solutions to further enable business results- Drove the research, development, and implementation of a new applicant tracking systems (ATS); replacing our existing ATS to improve both user and candidate experience- Worked closely with technical recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of technical roles- Worked closely with our diversity and inclusion (D&I) team to drive diversity initiatives by partnering with universities to acquire diverse talent- Supported university program manager to develop 2018 internship program; drove hiring managers to execute on key milestones

-Prescreened, interviewed and sourced legal candidates for specific skill sets and qualifications requested by our clients.-Researched the legal market to identify current market trends, practice areas in high demand and necessary compensation shifts. -Managed the entire life cycle of recruitment and candidate experience for all legal positions within the bay area.-Developed job descriptions, interview lineups, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements.-Worked closely with office administrators and attorneys to deeply understand role requirements and organizational fit. -Applied heavy sales function, including outbound calling to prospects, scheduling appointments and negotiating rates/contracts. -Performed background checks and credit reports on candidates and businesses that we plan to partner with.
