-Maintain and grow relationships with assigned key clients, acting as their primary point of contact within the company.-Identify upselling opportunities for services that align with the client's business needs.-Regularly monitor account performance, prepare reports and forecasts to track progress, and identify areas for improvement.-Organize regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs and share ideas to strengthen the relationship.-Assist entrepreneurs in their journey toward owning a franchise.-Explain the business model to potential investors, provide them with franchise-related information, send proposals, and follow up on referrals to gain more leads.-Manage social media pages for several clients, including content creation and coordinating campaigns to boost engagement and increase brand awareness.

-Develop positive relationships with clients.-Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ individual needs.-Resolve clients’ complaints in the most efficient way possible (for both clients and team members).-Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner-Prepare reports on account status.-Collaborate with all departments such as HR - Financial - Sales.-Set up regular meetings with the clients online or offline to define their needs and discuss the next step.
